Hey there, I'm Tynia (Tonya) Pursuing a master’s degree at the age of 42, while teaching school, and being a wife, and mother was the beginning of me realizing my passion for helping women through the transitions that life can bring about. Although a stressful time in my own life it was what helped me to realize my passion for helping other women manage the stressors of navigating careers, motherhood, marriage and so much more.

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach using multiple orientations and techniques. Eclectic therapy is an approach that allows me to use the most effective methods available to address each individual client’s needs.

I empower women who are experiencing the stress of managing their day-to-day lives to navigate life with a greater understanding of themselves.
