Dr. TyQuitta Perrier

I am Director and lead clinician at Livality Integrated Health. I am also a certified Nurse Practitioner, certified in Psychiatry, Family Medicine, as well as Addictions. Our clinicians specialize in women's mental health care, perinatal mental health, and weight loss/wellness treatments. We also serve general mental health concerns such as Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, & ADHD. Additionally, we are culturally sensitive and appreciate serving our military/veteran members and families.

Within my practice, we provide a warm and empathetic approach to delivering patient-centered care. We aim to meet clients where they are, and to collaboratively work together towards treatment goals. We encourage individuals to be active partners in their care.

Our upmost priority is for clients to leave feeling heard, respected and never minimized. Open communication style and collaborative treatment planning are key within our visits.
