Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe meaningful change begins with transforming the way we think and behave. When we shift our internal patterns, we create space for healthier, more adaptive responses to life’s challenges. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to build new skills that help you navigate the present with clarity and approach the future with confidence.

I specialize in individual counseling for adults and adolescents, offering support for depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, emotional trauma, and adolescent development.

My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self‐awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‐based practices. I draw from cognitive‐behavioral therapy, mindfulness‐based techniques, and person‐centered therapy to help you understand your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and make intentional choices that support your well‐being. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect in your first session is a welcoming, structured, and pressure‐free experience. We will begin by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and strengths. This session is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for my style, ask questions, and determine whether you feel comfortable moving forward. By the end of our first meeting, we will outline initial goals and identify the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
