Hello, my name is Tyra Hughes and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I live and work in the Bay Area of California. A large part of my professional experience has been working with individuals and families who are struggling with relationship issues, parenting challenges, trauma and domestic violence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The style of therapy I use is strength based and adapts to each person's unique needs. I am passionate about helping, and I honor and respect each person for who they are. For that reason, I am aware of several aspects of life, including, but not limited to cultural, gender, and economic identities.
