Hello, my name is Tyra Hughes and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I live and work in the Bay Area of California. A large part of my professional experience has been working with individuals and families who are struggling with relationship issues, parenting challenges, trauma, the justice system and intimate partner violence.

My approach to therapy

The style of therapy I use is strength based and adapts to each person's unique needs. I am passionate about helping, and I honor and respect each person for who they are.
