Great to meet you!

The natural self is always evolving, never confined to a single definition or fixed state. As individuals move closer to their authentic selves, they often shift from rigid expectations to a more fluid, compassionate understanding of who they are becoming. Yet life has a way of pressing on tender places, stirring old wounds or patterns that keep us feeling stuck. If you are navigating negative cycles, unresolved pain, or simply longing for deeper fulfillment, you are welcome here. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence‐based, drawing from multiple modalities to create a personalized experience for each client. Whether through counseling, coaching, or consulting, I tailor every session to support your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I view healing as a collaborative process rooted in honest care, curiosity, and non‐judgment. With warmth—and a touch of humor—I work alongside you to build awareness, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a sense of balance and meaning in your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, grounded space where we begin exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss your history, current concerns, and any symptoms you may be experiencing, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, career challenges, relationship issues, or women’s health concerns including menopause. Together, we will clarify your goals and identify the most supportive path forward. This initial conversation sets the foundation for a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to your growth.
