Great to meet you!

Are you looking to make a change? Are you having challenges with reaching your life goals? Are you looking for someone to help work with you on how to set new goals, work towards them, and further achieve them? As a Licensed Social Worker, I hold over 15 years of combined experience in working with hospitals, community-based mental health services, and resources across New York City. I am dedicated to helping you reach your fullest potential through kindness, humility, patience, and diligence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe every person is as unique as their care. Through a collaborative process, we will work to prioritize goals, in order of importance to you and those that may be time sensitive. Using a combination of CBT, narrative and solution focused perspectives, I will support you in visualizing, organizing, and working towards those goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is always person centered, and collaborative. Sessions will always begin with a check in, as we work together to identify goals and changes that you are seeking to obtain. Whether it's stress, grief, life transitions, or relationship conflict, I will walk alongside you to provide a safe space to help you navigate these experiences and find a new balance in life.
