Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Ty Gonder, I am a doctorate-level Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with various populations from different backgrounds including trauma, anxiety, stress management, anger management, ADD/ADHD, and depression.

I am excited to potentially work with you and am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a positive, strength-based approach and draw from various therapeutic methods to best meet your unique needs. Through a DBT approach, I integrate proven techniques that foster emotional regulation, mindfulness, and effective interpersonal skills. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, seeking to improve relationships, or striving for personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to enter a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself openly. My primary goals for our initial meeting include building rapport, conducting assessment, initial goal setting, and an introduction to DBT.

Together, we will work towards the growth and change you deserve, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
