A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Grant appreciates a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She likes to collaborate with the client to increase their coping skills, confidence and insight.

What you can expect from our first session

In the first few meetings, clients can expect us to build our therapeutic relationship by better understanding each other's personality and style. Clients can expect to gain valuable coping skills and explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They will align their values, build their self-confidence, and go on a journey to enhanced self-awareness.
