Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been privileged to serve children, adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout my career. I specialize in trauma recovery and mental health wellness, providing compassionate, safe care tailored to each person's unique journey. Outside of my practice, my greatest joy is being a husband, father, and grandfather; roles that continually deepen my empathy, perspective, and commitment to helping others heal and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. I take a team approach to trauma recovery and mental health wellness, working alongside each client to create personalized strategies that foster healing, resilience, and lasting growth in a safe, supportive virtual environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll begin by getting to know one another with introductions. I value hearing your story, understanding your goals for therapy, and answering any questions you may have. Together, we'll create a plan that supports your unique path toward healing and growth.
