As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker sense 2007 I have provided therapy for young teens, young adults, and adults. I believe that therapy can enhance our lives, give direction in time of need, and help to have a more successful journey in life.
I believe that you deserve the time and space to share your experiences, struggles, and story. Connecting with your therapist is essential for building a trusting relationship. I have an open and mindful approach to engage people in conversations.
During our first session we will have time to get to know each other and come up with goals and ideas to structure our future sessions. Humar, relatability, and mindfulness are a few of my approaches that you can expect during our sessions.
