Great to meet you!

Early in my clinical career I worked with troubled youth, as well as therapy work through a religious affiliated organization (LDS Family Services at the time). I have worked a majority of my career with people with developmental disabilities, Autism, and ABIs, doing talk therapy and other clinical approaches. Through this I have continued to stay current on best practices. Most important to me, I like to think that if asked, most of my clients would consider me a friendly, helpful, funny, and overall cool dude.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate approach in therapy, knowing that all of us come with a history that has brought us to where we are today. Sometimes that history can create baggage, let's unpack that baggage, and maybe we can throw in a little fun as well.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting I'd like to spend some time getting to know you, where you are from, hobbies, family life, etc. Through all this I also want to begin discussing what brought you to therapy today. We'll explore that a bit and start coming up with some goals, and perhaps a bit of a game plan. I like to leave you each session with some sort of actionable things to do between sessions related to the goals we've set.
