Great to meet you!

I am Tyundreya and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in mental health for the last eight years. I have grown to love working with individuals in relational aspects. I am a graduate of Tuskegee University and Valdosta State University. My passion is working with individuals who want to be different, but can't seem to figure out how in a relational manner.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, with the art of storytelling. Relationships aren't always romantic; they can be family, friends, work, or even church related. I take pride in providing education and tools needed to challenge yourself in relationships such as setting boundaries, the "art of saying no," conflict resolution, narrative, and solution focused therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help you get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself in ways you've never imagined. It's never too late to make a change, start over, and most importantly begin. You can expect to be challenged, but comforted and supported in order to reach your best self.
