Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jeanne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and life transitions.

Sometimes, you know something isn’t working, but you’re not quite sure how to change it. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling responsible for everyone around you, struggling to set boundaries, or falling into the same patterns in your relationships despite your best efforts.

You might look like you have everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside.

In our work together, I’ll help you slow down, better understand your emotions, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than simply focusing on what’s wrong or what you should do differently, we’ll work toward understanding why certain patterns developed and what you need to move forward.

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing yourself. It can be an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, build a healthier relationship with yourself and others, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs.

I believe that understanding yourself is an important first step toward creating meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, past experiences, and relationship patterns to better understand how they may be influencing your life today.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, curious about yourself, and free from judgment. I’ll meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize patterns that may no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring deeper emotional experiences, developing practical coping skills, strengthening boundaries, or learning new ways to navigate relationships and life’s challenges.

I believe therapy is not about telling you who to be or what decisions to make. It’s about helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with your needs and values, and feel more confident in creating the changes you want to see in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels challenging right now, and what you hope to get out of our work together. You’re welcome to share at your own pace; you don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and goals, while making space for what feels most important to you. We may begin identifying patterns or themes that you’d like to explore further, but there’s no pressure to dive into anything before you feel ready.

Most importantly, I want you to have a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can support you moving forward.
