Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens who are struggling to see themselves clearly, whether they are navigating anxious overthinking, working through a traumatic experience, or figuring out who they are outside of everyone else's expectations. My focus centers on self esteem and identity, anxiety, and trauma, including acute and non combat PTSD. I know that looking put together on the outside does not mean you feel solid on the inside, and you do not have to navigate that alone. Therapy should fit seamlessly into your life, which is why I offer flexible availability, accept select insurance plans, and provide affordable self pay options to keep care accessible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to your specific needs, using a blend of practical, evidence based tools combined with creative, holistic methods. Whether we are helping a teen establish their identity in a nonjudgmental space or helping an adult unlearn old patterns of self worth that no longer serve them, we look deeper than just quick symptom relief. Together, we will get to the root of what is driving your anxiety, self doubt, or the aftermath of a difficult experience so you can relate to yourself and the people around you from a much steadier, more grounded place.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a steady, welcoming space to explore what brings you to therapy without any pressure to have everything figured out. We will discuss what you are currently experiencing, talk through what you hope to gain, and begin identifying the patterns or past experiences you want to work through. You can expect a warm, supportive conversation where we start building a path toward a version of yourself that feels more solid and truly your own. Whenever you feel ready, I am here to help you take that first step.
