Hi, I’m Ubaka. I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with children, teens, and adults. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and have experience supporting people in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including veterans and individuals in recovery. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, perinatal mental health issues, and substance use challenges.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and personalized. I believe the best results happen when you feel heard and involved in your care. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your unique needs, which may include therapy strategies, medication management, or a combination of both.
Clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to share openly and feel supported. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more confident managing life’s challenges. Each session is focused on progress, healing, and moving toward the life you want.
