Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can openly explore what you're experiencing without fear of judgment.

Together, we'll identify what matters most to you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools to help you move toward your goals. I believe meaningful progress happens when therapy feels like a partnership, and I'll work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and productive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I recognize that everyone comes to therapy with different experiences, strengths, and goals, so we'll work together to determine what will be most helpful for you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our work may involve exploring patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, or learning new ways to manage emotions and challenges. I aim to balance insight with practical strategies so that what we work on in therapy can make a meaningful difference in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you have space to be yourself and talk openly about what's important to you. Our first sessions will give us an opportunity to get to know one another, better understand what brings you to therapy, and identify the goals you'd like us to work toward together.

Throughout our work, I'll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize your strengths while exploring opportunities for growth. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident in yourself, better equipped to navigate challenges, and empowered with tools and strategies you can continue using outside of our sessions.
