Great to meet you. If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, anger, family conflict, stress, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, sleep issues, or the pressure to keep functioning while feeling stuck inside, therapy can help you slow down and begin making sense of what you are carrying. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who want a safe, culturally sensitive, and supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I also support clients navigating LGBTQIA+ concerns, women’s issues, racial identity, trauma, grief, loss, addiction, chronic health concerns, and life stressors. My goal is to help you build practical tools for growth and healing while strengthening emotional awareness, communication, coping skills, and confidence in your ability to move forward.
