Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care. My background allows me to understand how mental and physical health are deeply connected, so I take a comprehensive approach to treatment that goes beyond just symptoms.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and support a wide range of mental health needs, offering personalized care that may include medication management and therapeutic support. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to help you build stability, improve your well-being, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to you as an individual. I take the time to understand your full story—your symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, and goals—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs.

I integrate medication management with supportive, solution-focused care, emphasizing education and transparency so you feel confident in every decision we make together. I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between mental and physical health.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in your care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a structured yet supportive conversation focused on getting to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We’ll review your history, current concerns, and goals, and I’ll take the time to understand what’s been working and what hasn’t.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share openly, and feel heard without judgment. If appropriate, we may begin discussing treatment options, including medication, and outline a clear plan moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
