Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, which means I specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. In our virtual sessions, I can prescribe medications, provide therapy, and work with you on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We’re meeting through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your privacy. Everything we talk about is confidential, just like in an in-person visit.

My approach to therapy

I focus on building a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship. I believe in a collaborative approach—you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to support you. I’ll always listen to your concerns, explain your options, and make sure you feel comfortable with the plan we choose together.

What we talk about here is private, and I take that very seriously. I’ll explain any limits to confidentiality, like if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, but otherwise, this is a safe space.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we might discuss your symptoms, goals, experiences, and possible treatments. I may recommend medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a mix of these, depending on what works best for you.

My goal is to help you feel better and function at your best. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, a panic attack, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, insomnia, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, or something else, we’ll figure it out together..
