Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and school counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and women navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. With advanced clinical training and doctoral-level study, I bring both research-informed practice and real-world experience into the therapy space.

I specialize in working with children and families experiencing behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, family transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. I also support women who are balancing multiple roles while managing anxiety, stress, life changes, or healing from past relational wounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in the principles of child-centered play therapy. I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we focus on present growth while developing practical tools for long-term change. I gently challenge clients toward greater self-awareness, responsibility, and emotional maturity while honoring their unique experiences and cultural context.

I value authenticity, faith, and resilience. Whether you are seeking support for your child or beginning your own healing journey, I aim to create a therapeutic space where growth feels safe, supported, and empowering.
