Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself, I’m here to help you find your footing again.

As a board-certified Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with children, adults and adolescents who are dealing with anxiety, depression, mood swings, ADHD or life transitions.

My clients often tell me they want more peace, better coping skills, and a space where they can be heard without judgment.

Whether you’re seeking support through medication management, therapy, or a blend of both, I offer evidence-based care that’s always tailored to your needs.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build practical strategies, like mindfulness, stress reduction, and healthy routines to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

Healing isn’t about changing who you are, but about uncovering your strengths, learning new skills, and feeling empowered in your life again.

I believe that everyone’s story matters. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session with my clients will be comfortable, welcoming, and free from judgment. You can expect us to start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your concerns, your history, and what brought you to seek support right now. I understand that sharing personal details can be tough, so I move at your pace, always respecting your boundaries.

My goal in that first meeting is to really listen and understand what you’re experiencing, so we can work together to identify your needs and set clear, realistic goals. Whether you’re looking for help with medication, therapy, or just need someone to talk to, I’ll explain your options and answer any questions you have. I aim to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported, and where each step forward is guided by your comfort and your goals.
