I am a doctoral-prepared Nurse Practitioner, a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. I have over 23 years of extensive nursing experience in critical care, behavioral health, and addiction. As a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in Depression, Anxiety and panic disorder, PTSD, ADD/ADHD. Bipolar disorder, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Schizophrenia, and psychotic disorder.

My approach to therapy

My holistic approach to care considers the whole person treating their physical, emotional, and social well-being. I also incorporate a collaborative approach (client and provider) towards treatment to give each client individualized care. I believe in treating the cause of a problem to eliminate current and further symptoms.

At the end of each visit, clients will be assured of receiving individualized care tailored to their distinctive needs and concerns and other evidence-based tools and practices that will add value and improve their quality of life.
