I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating mental health challenges. I earned my [Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Progress, where I specialized in psychiatric and mental health care across the lifespan. My background as a registered nurse in out-patient and inpatient psychiatry has shaped my holistic and client-centered approach to treatment.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including Schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, Bipolar, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, adjustment issues among many others. I believe in creating personalized care plans that integrate psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions to support long-term wellness.

I strive to build a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their healing journey. My goal is to help every client build resilience, restore balance, and achieve meaningful growth.
