Great to meet you!

Hi, My name's Ukashah but you can call me Kash! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in clinical and educational counseling, spanning 6+ years.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves and others more deeply and move toward growth that feels meaningful and lasting.

I specialize in working with young adults, BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ clients, and couples. As a counselor I hold space intentionally and compassionately for the complexity of all aspects of identity.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is relational and adaptable. Some clients describe our work as a mix of coaching, mentorship, and deep listening.

I draw from modalities like CBT, REBT, and client-centered therapy, but I’m not rigid in my approach—I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll figure out what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Healing isn’t always linear, but I believe it’s always possible—and I believe that even in difficulty, there is always something worth holding onto.

As the saying goes: “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.”

My goal is to help you cultivate hope, build resilience and live into your true authentic self.
