I provide individual therapy via Tele-Therapy through a secure platform. It's similar to Skype or Facetime. We discuss your thoughts and how you can change them. We look at other factors such as your culture, upbringing and environment. These challenges didn't appear from anywhere, so we discuss the sources. We do everything as a team, no more "lone-wolfing"
