Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of experience supporting children and families, with a special passion for helping children through play therapy. I work with children and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to the child welfare system. My goal is to create a supportive space where children can express themselves, build healthy coping skills, and feel understood while helping families feel supported along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where children, adults, and families feel comfortable expressing themselves and working through challenges. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use child-centered and directive play therapy to help children ages 3–17 process emotions, build coping skills, and communicate in ways that feel natural to them. I also work with adults and families, meeting each client where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you or your child to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. I’ll explain confidentiality and what you can expect from my therapeutic approach, while making space for any questions or concerns you may have. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and supported as we begin working together.
