Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Therapy can be a space where you slow down, feel understood, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I’m a UCLA and USC trained licensed clinical social worker with about 9 years of clinical experience. I’ve worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, and nervous-system–informed work including polyvagal theory. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Clients often describe my style as calm, thoughtful, and grounding. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or emotional overwhelm while building practical tools to help you regulate emotions, improve relationships, and reconnect with yourself.

For clients who desire it, I’m also open to thoughtfully integrating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and genuine human connection. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have experience working in both nonprofit and private practice settings.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and interpersonal therapy, along with inner-child and nervous-system–informed practices such as polyvagal theory. These approaches help us understand how thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact, while also building practical strategies for navigating everyday challenges.

Rather than using a rigid model, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs. In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing practical tools to help you manage stress, improve communication, and feel more grounded in your daily life.

Clients often share that they appreciate the warmth, authenticity, and calm presence I bring to sessions. My goal is to create a space where you don’t feel pressure to perform or prove anything, you can simply show up as you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about the challenges you’re currently facing, your goals for therapy, and any patterns or experiences that may be influencing how you’re feeling today.

The first session is a chance for us to understand your story and begin identifying areas where support may be helpful. Many clients share that they feel relieved simply having a space to talk openly and feel heard.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying themes or patterns that may be contributing to your concerns and discuss practical tools or strategies that may help in the meantime. We’ll also talk about what working together might look like moving forward so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.

I believe that every person has inherent dignity, worth, and the capacity for growth and healing. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and understood.

As a Christian, my faith shapes my values of humility, service, and care for others. For clients who share or are curious about faith, I am open to integrating Christian perspectives into therapy when it feels meaningful. At the same time, I deeply respect and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and belief systems.

I see therapy as a space where people can explore their experiences honestly, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life.
