Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience working in a wide range of human services settings, helping individuals and families navigate challenges that impact emotional well‐being, relationships, and overall life satisfaction. I recognize that life can present obstacles that feel overwhelming, and that finding the energy to make changes—while essential—can be difficult at times.

My approach to treatment is collaborative and goal‐oriented. I work alongside clients to identify and remove barriers to growth, while focusing on practical strategies that support positive, meaningful change. Together, we build strengths, clarify goals, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps forward.

My approach to therapy

My collaborative treatment approach prioritizes attaining your goals by removing obstacles and focusing on positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to come away from sessions with some clarity regarding the steps that they want and need to take to make the desired changes in their life. I empower clients to have the courage to do something different which can be very scary at times.
