Great to meet you!

Ursula Wright

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello, it's great to meet you, I can't wait to connect with you. Managing your mental is just as important as managing your physical health. I started providing individual counseling since 2012 and have enjoyed working with individuals to move forward in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client centered, every client comes with their own concerns, they may be similar but not identical. I work to build rapport with clients, I also encourage them to express if they feel that we are not a good fit and I will work with to identify a new therapist.

What you can expect from me

My goal for every session is to provide a warm and welcoming environment, providing a safe space for you to share what you feel is important during that initial session and ask questions. We will work together to create goals that are important to you.
