Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working closely with individuals and families across diverse backgrounds, which has shaped my compassionate, grounded approach to mental health care.

I currently provide treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders. I understand that each person’s story is unique, and I believe meaningful care begins with listening.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is patient-centered, collaborative, and empowering. I use evidence-based practices while integrating cultural competence to ensure care is respectful, personalized, and effective. My goal is to work alongside you, helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools, so you can move toward your goals and become your optimal self. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where growth and healing can occur.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your experiences, concerns, and goals are genuinely heard. I will take time to get to know you, what brings you in, what you’ve been navigating, and what you hope to change, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin creating strong building blocks for treatment by identifying strengths, challenges, and patterns that may be impacting your well-being. The focus is not just on symptom relief, but on developing practical coping mechanisms, strengthening resilience, and laying the groundwork for lasting, meaningful change.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, understood, and empowered, with a clearer sense of direction and confidence in the process ahead. This is a collaborative journey, and you are an active partner in shaping your care.
