Great to meet you!

I am a NY and NJ based licensed psychotherapist. I work with adults, adolescents, and families with generational trauma, mood regulation issues, personal growth, relationship and family issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a person-centered approach to understand your perspective on your previous and present experiences. In therapy, we explore thoughts and feelings leading to behavioral patterns that no longer serve you and work toward developing habits that can bring productivity, assurance, and confidence in your ability to live more fully and authentically. I take elements from Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family System (IFS) modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you are here to resolve relationship conflicts, life transition or other stressors, taking this first step can be quite challenging as well as rewarding. Dealing with life problems is often the most challenging aspect of our daily lives; problems often become bigger when you try to ignore them. My goal is to help you understand and overcome these problems. Together, we will work through your vulnerabilities, fears, and beliefs to have a better understanding of how things can be improved.
