I have many years of experience working with populations dealing with Depression, Bipolar d/o ,Mood disorders, Anxiety d/o, OCD, PTSD, Trauma and sleep disorders. I am just starting tele-psychiatry and accepting new clients and have immediate openings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a uplifting and problem solving approach with my patients. I think it is important to understand the root of the problem and how we can work towards a solution. I like to have a positive attitude and it brings me great pleasure to see my patients do better. I go at my patient's pace and my top priority is to help you.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session consists of thorough assessment of biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to current symptoms. I like to develop a mutual trust with the patient and ensure they are comfortable. It is an opportunity to get to know each other and develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs. I work to provide experienced and compassionate individualized psychiatric care that helps my patients get better.
