Sam is a dedicated board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade specializing in mental health and addiction services for adults. Sam obtained his BSN and MSN degrees at Purdue University. His clinical background includes working in well respected healthcare systems such as the Veterans Hospital and Yale New Haven Health systems, where he has cared for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Sam is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care that helps individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
