Great to meet you!

In addition to earning my Master of Arts in Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Colorado Christian University, I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, and Splankna, and talk therapy. Throughout my life, I have experienced many deaths, survived cancer, and learned how to live through the pain and heartache. Now I get the privilege of walking with you through your pain and life circumstances—to be there for you the way someone was there for me.

My approach to therapy

Listening to you is a priority, understanding your truth and needs because sometimes life is overwhelming, and we need help unfolding the pieces of our lives to better see the whole picture, or gain a new perspective. Through therapy the aim is to discover the root of emotional, physical, or mental patterns ingrained through your experiences and create a new story. Reconnecting to your authentic, vibrant self, finding peace of mind and joy.

What you can expect from me

Together we create a safe and supportive environment to meet you where you are at, to face your life struggles you are experiencing.
