Great to meet you!

I am here to help you navigate through life's challenges. I listen and I don't judge. Your overall well-being is important to having a meaningful life. Having someone who understands that should be important to you. I have over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents and families. I understand there are many variables that impact a persons life causing depression, anxiety and stress. Working through those issues will need to occur in order for you to have greater functioning.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to treatment and it comes from my exposure to various types of treatment modalities. What modality I choose for treating the client depends on the needs and goals of the client.

What you can expect from me

In the first session the client is greeted warmly, asked about what brings them to therapy, a full assessment is made and goals for treatment are established by the client and confirmed by this provider.
