Great to meet you!

If you are navigating grief, a serious illness, a cancer diagnosis, or the quiet exhaustion of caring for someone you love, I am here for the full weight of it. I also work with people moving through anxiety, depression, infertility, and major life transitions like new parenthood or a shift in your sense of self. My focus is the place where health, loss, and life change intersect, and I believe that even in the middle of the hardest experiences, people have a remarkable capacity for resilience and connection. I am affirming and welcoming of LGBTQIA+ clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around you specifically. I take a holistic view of wellbeing, attending to the connections between mind, body, and emotion, which matters especially when what you are navigating has a physical dimension. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen your capacity to cope, and help you move through challenges in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

My goal for our first session is simple: help you feel heard and supported. We will start by talking about what is bringing you in, what you have been experiencing, and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Many clients find that even the first session brings a sense of relief from having space to slow down and feel a little less alone in what they are carrying. If that sounds like what you need, I would love to connect.
