Great to meet you!

I have been passionate about my work, for more than 30 years.

I believe therapy could improve many people's lives, like I had seen in my own family and I wanted to do that. I wanted to dedicate myself to helping others experiencing emotional pain and going through difficult times

My approach to therapy

I am continually in training and open to acquiring useful knowledge for the best care of my clients. I understand that each person is unique, and I take an individualized, goal-oriented approach in my work, using a multidisciplinary approach such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalysis, or Solution Focused techniques to tailor interventions to meet the needs of my clients to help them.

What you can expect from me

I work with children and adolescents. Sometimes, the work only guides parents, especially for small children or early detection situations that worry about their prognosis.

I work with adults and also older adults to together achieve a wide range of concerns, including relationship and family issues, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, to encourage personal growth and well-being.
