Great to meet you!

I believe each person deserves a space to be seen and valued for their authentic self. As a bilingual (Spanish), bicultural, first-generation Latina born and raised in Boyle Heights, my worldview is deeply shaped by the resilience of marginalized communities, the weight of generational survival, and the intricate dance of navigating multiple cultures. As the daughter of Salvadorian immigrants who fled conflict in the 80s in search of a better life, I understand firsthand the invisible loads, systemic complexities, and profound courage it takes to build a path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is nurturing, strength-based, playful, and creative. I view the therapeutic space as a safe sanctuary where you can explore your lived experiences, stressors, and emotions at your own pace. Rather than serving as a purist in any single modality, I believe in meeting you where you are through an integrative lens that blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and practical, goal-oriented support. Whether you are navigating neurodivergence, grief, relationship hurdles, or life transitions, my role is to partner with you to deepen your understanding of your strengths and build meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My clinical background spans community mental health, crisis support, and specialized counseling roles within diverse institutional settings. These experiences have given me a sharp understanding of complex environments, organizational dynamics, and the unique challenges and distinct strengths carried by working professionals, careerists, high achievers, and first-generation leaders. Whether we are untangling professional burnout, navigating identity shifts, or exploring your inner world, I am here to offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can feel genuinely supported while tackling hard things.
