Great to meet you!

My passion lies in helping people to connect with their feelings and work through trauma, major life events, and life transitions. I have the ability to help people feel heard and understood no matter what they have experienced or where they have come from.

My approach to therapy

I work with adult clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, immigration issues, loss and grief, parenting issues, as well as clients who want to improve their wellness and life satisfaction.

I have experience working with clients in Spanish and in English in various settings, including hospitals, community health care clinics, schools, and private practice.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with you from a strength based, trauma-focused approach in which I can utilize EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy to help you work through difficult situations, and to facilitate change.

As a therapist I firmly believe in the courage and competence of all my clients. I value working holistically, and I approach the work with a focus on relationships and mind-body connections.
