My approach to therapy

Many people experience depression, anxiety, conflicts in their relationships, or discomfort and dissatisfaction in their lives. Frequently, this can stem from past experiences and relationships that unintentionally impact the present situation. When you need help with a difficult time you feel is interfering with your life and your happiness in some way, counseling is available to help you clarify the issues, sort out the possibilities, and develop a new positive path.

What you can expect from me

Ms Vilar gladly helps you, your children, and your family to improve the well being in a warm, confidential, and professional atmosphere. Because you are unique, your challenges in your life are unique too; therefore, the psychotherapeutic tools will be tailored for your own inner potential and strengths. Ms. Vilar works in a collaborative manner and as a result each decision about the counseling process will be discussed as sensitively and as openly as possible.
