Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a space where all emotions and forms of expression are welcomed and encouraged. You can yell, cry, swear, make jokes, and share absolutely anything you want. No need to be shy here; every emotion deserves to be felt and expressed!

My approach to therapy

I may not be a particularly "warm" person, but I have a knack for understanding unique perspectives and experiences. We will identify problems that we want to solve, the hurdles that prevent you from solving them, and skills that you will need to develop in order to reach your goals. There is always space for venting and sitting with your emotions, and I encourage you to challenge me if you disagree with something I say, but my top priority is helping you to find meaningful changes that improve your happiness and satisfaction with life.

What you can expect from me

My first goal is always going to be getting to know you. I want to understand how your mind works and how your life experiences have shaped you as a person. We will also decide together if we are a good match to ensure that you're getting the best quality care. Not everyone will like my style - and that's perfectly fine! Be honest with yourself about how you're feeling and if you feel that my approach will meet your needs.
