Great to meet you!

I come with over 14 years field experience working with individuals across the lifespan in multiple capacities including at home, school, and in the hospital. I am well-versed in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, relationship conflict, and trauma. My background in crisis management allows me to assist in problem solving while providing guidance and support every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that every individual has specific goals, needs and ideas about therapy and tailor my approach accordingly. My work is integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral theory, attachment theory and humanistic theory. I offer trauma-informed therapy as well. A session with me could be primarily traditional talk therapy, or we can use other tools (meditation, mindfulness, role play) depending on what a person is comfortable with and desires.

What you can expect from me

My first goal is to build a trusting relationship and genuine connection with you, which is the catalyst to your growth and healing. I aim to provide a warm, comforting and laidback environment in order to help you overcome obstacles, gain clarity, build confidence and lead a more fulfilling life. I will always meet you where you are at and allow you to lead the way while I support you on this journey to creating an improved version of you.
