Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of professional experience. I also have several years of professional experience in the health care and human services fields have served to give me knowledge and insights into of the challenges faced by those living with a wide with chronic illnesses, obesity, emotional eating, and physical disabilities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a person-centered Therapist. My goal is to help every client find the solution, peace, comfort or resolution that they need for a happier and healthier life. My approach to therapy is to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to grow. My role in therapy is to challenge, guide comfort, educate and support each client as they make the changes and find the solutions that they desire. I believe in the power of talk therapy, and my preferred modalities are CBT, ACT and DBT for coping skills.
