Great to meet you!

If you're feeling lost, unseen, or tangled in confusion that no one else seems to understand, please reach out. I'm here to truly see you, hear you, and gently hold space for everything you're carrying, without judgment. You don’t have to carry this alone.

I help parents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma, especially the profound pain of estrangement from adult children. We will compassionately explore your story and create a personalized plan to reclaim meaning, peace, and your life. Most clients feel lighter within a month, with steady improvement thereafter.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship concerns, or something you’re not even sure how to name yet, we’ll approach it together with curiosity and compassion.

My approach to therapy

You bring your own life story and experiences, and you deserve support that fits who you are. If we decide to work together, we’ll take this journey side by side. I want our conversations to feel open, comfortable, and respectful. I’ll be here to listen, to nudge you when growth calls for it, and to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you can talk about your story and what you’d like to accomplish in therapy. We’ll explore these goals together. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel both comfortable and safe as you open up. From there, our ongoing sessions will focus on turning those goals into meaningful progress. Your voice, your lived experience, and your comfort will guide our sessions.
