Mental health care should be individualized, compassionate, and focused on the whole person, not simply a diagnosis. That's the belief driving every session I have with clients working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions, including older adults navigating late-life mental health needs. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) offering telehealth care across Louisiana, with 10 years of nursing experience spanning the emergency department, home health, inpatient psychiatric care, and geriatric psychiatric care. I earned my BSN in 2015 and my MSN specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2026, both from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. I believe that effective psychiatric care is a partnership, and I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and being active participants in their care.
