Great to meet you!

Thank you for visiting my page. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in group homes, with at-risk and transitional-age youth, first responders, as well as with children & families involved in the complex child welfare system since 2013. I offer an open mind, compassionate and warm practice. I believe everyone has the power to overcome upsetting, unwanted feelings, thoughts and behaviors. My goal is to come along side of you and help you overcome these unwanted feelings.

My approach to therapy

As a seasoned clinician, I am an empathetic and caring person, with a laid-back style, who utilizes several different evidenced-based interventions with her clients, based on their individual needs. I will incorporate spiritual practices, mindfulness, and the client’s strengths into their therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping first responders, teens, and adults, who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ , Christian Trauma and those experiencing past trauma, to improve the quality of their lives.
