Great to meet you!

I’m a holistic, person-centered, solution-oriented therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and couples feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in their lives. I create a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself and feel heard, respected, and understood while we work through challenges like anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief. I also support individuals dealing with stress, emotional overwhelm, and women’s issues—including mental health and perimenopause.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own—we can work through it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also providing practical tools you can use in your everyday life. Whether we’re working through a difficult season, improving communication in your relationships, or processing a loss, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, explore your goals, and begin identifying what you’d like to feel or see differently in your life or relationships. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences while also helping you start to make sense of what’s going on. Together, we’ll create a clear, realistic path forward so you leave feeling supported and more grounded.
