Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I bring flexibility and compassion and lead with warmth. I have worked across a range of settings, from supporting at-risk children and military families to community mental health, and that breath shapes how I meet each person exactly where they are.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, which means we explore patterns from your past that may still be shaping how you feel and relate today. I also draw on interpersonal and problem-solving approaches to help you build practical skills alongside that deeper self-awareness. Clarifying what you need emotionally is the first step toward meaningful change. As we proceed together, I will keep checking to make sure our sessions feel useful to your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. If you are feeling overwhelmed you don't have to figure it out on your own. I tailor sessions to meet you where you are, whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or life transitions. Most people feel a little lighter at the end of the session and have a clearer sense of what we might work on together.
