Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (English/Spanish) dedicated to supporting children and adolescents as they navigate emotional, social, and developmental challenges. I work with youth experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, school-related concerns, difficulty managing emotions, and other life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where youth feel heard, understood, and respected. Through connection, reflection, and practical coping strategies, I help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen communication skills, develop healthy coping tool.

I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers when appropriate, recognizing the important role family support plays in a child’s well-being. It is a privilege to walk alongside children, adolescents, and their families as they work toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another and talking about what brought you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, whether that includes anxiety, depression, stress, family issues, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, or feeling stuck emotionally. I want you to feel comfortable sharing at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. Together, we will begin identifying your goals, what support you need most, and what healing or progress could look like for you.
