Welcome! I'm Valerie Griffin, a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state.
I treat individuals 13 years and older with OCD, trauma, anxiety disorders, and other mental health challenges. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I'll be your teammate in helping you reach your goals.
I believe all human beings have the capacity to heal. I am here to provide you with the hope and tools you need to reach that healing, as well as prepare you to thrive beyond therapy.
Therapy can be hard work for the client. You are often confronted with difficult emotions, thoughts, and memories, much like journeying through a wilderness of frightening monsters. I'm here as your teammate so you don't have to do it alone.
