Great to meet you!

I thoroughly enjoy working with women across the lifespan, supporting them through life's transitions and challenges. I have extensive experience working with issues related to fertility, perinatal/postpartum difficulties, parenting support, divorce, menopause, and evolving identity across different stages of life. I also help clients navigate anxiety, relationship stress, and self-worth. I work collaboratively with my clients, focusing on their strengths and empowering them to be their best selves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, combining CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered therapy. Together, we explore how thoughts and past experiences shape your emotions and patterns, while building practical tools and focusing on your strengths. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a key step in building a collaborative partnership. It sets the foundation for clear expectations as we move forward and begin getting to know one another. This time is dedicated to exploring your concerns and understanding what has brought you in at this moment in your life.
